Miniaturization, lightweight and integrated design
The valve body is made of high strength aluminum alloy with hydrogen embrittlement resistance and light weight integrating high pressure diverter, two-stage pressure relief modules, check valve, two-stage diverter, and safety valve, etc.
Ensure the accuracy and stability of output pressure for two-stage pressure relief structure.
Integrated high pressure diverter design
Three-way parallel layout with high voltage interface and one-way high voltage sensor interface were provided.
Integrated design reduces the number of high pressure connections and pipe connections in the hydrogen system.
Low-cost (manufacturability) design
Inline axial structure reduces the number of components and manufacturing costs.
Self-designed high-pressure sealing interface and redundant design of valve body strength are to ensure that the product cycle filling life is greater than or equal to 15000 times, pressure relief valve working life is more than 50000 times.
