Miniaturization, lightweight and integrated design
The valve body is made of high strength aluminum alloy with hydrogen embrittlement resistance and light weight.
Electronic shut-off valve adopt built-in way to reduce the external size of the valve body, protect the electronic shut-off valve from external environment and impact, and improve product reliability.
Integration includes temperature sensor, bleed valve, manual valve, electronic shut-off valve, TPRD, excess flow valve, filter, etc
modularization and universal design.
Modular design is used in interior for easy maintenance and replacement parts.
Compatible with 35 Mpa and 70 Mpa, Ⅲ type tank and Ⅳ type tank, high pressure design.
Low-cost (manufacturability) design
Optimizing the design of valve body structure, reducing the number of parts and reducing the manufacturing cost.
