Work Experience:
Peter has more than 25 years experience leading advanced development for hydrogen fuel cell stacks, systems, and sub-components. Prior to joining FTXT in August 2020, Peter held several roles including technical director at Ballard Power Systems where he led the development of 4 major, multi-year automotive fuel cell programs in collaboration with major automakers. In addition, over his career he has led fuel cell systems development programs for buses, heavy duty trucks, materials handling, and stationary applications.
Peter is widely regarded as a leading expert and thought leader in hydrogen fuel cells & fuel cell systems with a wide & creative skillset, a drive to succeed and a deep passion for the art of engineering.

Joyce has over 24 years experience in the automotive fuel cell industry, in progressive roles ranging from PEM fuel cell stack development to stack & system integration, fuel cell vehicle application, strategic marketing, corporate strategy development, business negotiations, legal agreement development and management, strategic partnerships & supply development, IP licensing, strategic sourcing, coaching and technology management consulting at Ballard Power Systems, AFCC Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation and Sylas Consulting Group Ltd.. Joyce also have over 10 years of experience in serving at non-profit Boards as a Chair, Vice-Chair or Director.
