Recently, FTXT’s three types of receptacle products (35MPa: standard flow/large flow, 70MPa: large flow) have successfully passed the Compulsory Inspection Certification in accordance with the "GB/T 26779-2021 Fuel cell electric vehicle receptacle" standard requirements. Product testing process, including leakage, vibration resistance, temperature resistance, durability, oxygen aging resistance, ozone aging resistance, consistency, hydrostatic strength, salt spray corrosion resistance, temperature cycle resistance, compatibility and a series of test items, are very strict requirements on products.

"GB/T 26779-2021 Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle Receptacle" is formulated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration of China, and will be implemented on October 1, 2021. It is applicable to the use of compressed hydrogen as the working medium. The rated pressure of charging is not more than 70MPa and the working temperature of -40℃ to 80℃ for fuel cell electric vehicles receptacle, which is one of the core standards in the field of fuel cell vehicles in our country, as well as an important basic standard for safety requirements of key parts of fuel cell vehicles.

FTXT's self-developed receptacle covers 35MPa and 70MPa. The receptacle check valve adopts sealing materials with high strength and excellent wear-resisting performance. The product has 30,000 times of durability and no attenuation in performance, which is twice of the standard requirements of GB/T 26779-2021 Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle Receptacle. The valve leakage rate is less than 0.6Nml/h and far lower than the industry standard 10Ncc/h requirements.

In addition, FTXT's receptacle has a wider temperature range and no attenuation in the range of -60-120℃, which is suitable for a wider range of customer application scenarios. And the flow range is wider, among which the maximum of 35MPa receptacle can reach 300g/s, and the maximum of 70MPa receptacle can reach 200g/s, which can save 30% refueling time. The opening pressure of the check valve is less than 1 bar, there is no vibration and abnormal noise in gas refueling with the characteristics of more smooth and faster. It is suitable for all 35MPa and 70MPa refueling guns of SAE J2600, ISO 17268 and GB/T 34425, and fully meets the relevant requirements of receptacle standards.

The successful passage of the China Compulsory Inspection Certification indicates that FTXT's receptacle products have fully met the market access conditions with the qualification of production and sales. It also indicates that FTXT's receptacle has been at the leading level in the industry in terms of product quality and safety.
