Hebei Provincial Methodology for Accounting for Carbon Emission Reductions during Use of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Heavy–duty Trucks (hereinafter referred to as the "Methodology") was jointly issued by the Hebei Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Hebei Provincial Department of Transportation.

The "Methodology", jointly compiled by FTXT, HBIS Group Co., Ltd, China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd, and China Environmental United (Beijing) Certification Center Co., Ltd, stipulates the accounting process and methodology for greenhouse gas emission reductions during the phase of replacing traditional fossil-fuel heavy-duty trucks with hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks of the same capacity in Hebei Province, which is applicable to heavy-duty trucks with a maximum design total mass of not less than 12 tons refueled with low-carbon hydrogen.

The official release of the "Methodology" reflects the determination of FTXT to actively implant the national dual-carbon strategy. FTXT has promoted the carbon emission reduction of the hydrogen energy industry in the field of transportation with practical actions, opening a new channel for carbon trading and green finance in the field of clean transportation of fuel cell vehicles.
