The "2023 World Intelligent Connected Vehicle Conference" (WICV) was held 4 days from Thursday, 21. September to Sunday, 24. September 2023 in Beijing China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall).  It was co-hosted by the Beijing Municipal People's Government and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Transport, and the China Association for Science and Technology with the theme of “Gathering wisdom, we forge a mighty might. Cooperating together, we reach the heights of innovation – a new journey towards commercial application.”

The conference aimed to implement the deployment of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council on "expediting the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy", and gathered the strength of government, industry, universities and colleges, scientific research institutions, and financial institutions. We can make the best use of these powers to facilitate the commercial application of intelligent connected vehicles and international exchanges and cooperation, so as to drive the intelligent connected vehicles with "China's solution" into the world.
