Recently, GWM HYDROGEN FTXT achieved a significant breakthrough in South American market cooperation. The company signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with JAQ (JÁ Q APOIO MARITIMO Ltd.), a subsidiary of Brazil's leading maritime ecology group Nautica, and with the National Service for Industrial Training (SENAI) of Brazil, respectively. These moves represent concrete actions to promote the application of hydrogen energy and fuel cell technology in Brazil and the broader Latin American market.

GWM HYDROGEN FTXT and JAQ Forge Long-term Strategic Collaboration for Maritime Hydrogen Energy in South America

During COP30, GWM HYDROGEN FTXT and JAQ reached a deep consensus on cooperation: Based on GWM HYDROGEN FTXT's technological strengths across the entire hydrogen energy supply chain and JAQ's long-term resource accumulation in the Brazilian maritime and shipping sectors, the two parties will establish a forward-looking strategic partnership.

Tripartite Collaboration for Hydrogen Energy Deployment in Latin America

Concurrently, GWM HYDROGEN FTXT, JAQ, and SENAI formally signed a cooperation MOU. Guided by the core principles of "complementary technological expertise, resource sharing, and collaborative problem-solving," the tripartite cooperation will deepen multi-dimensional collaboration in full-chain hydrogen technology R&D, maritime application scenario deployment, and local resource integration.

GWM HYDROGEN FTXT has already secured several achievements in Brazil: introducing the country's first hydrogen-powered heavy-duty truck for local multi-scenario validation, and collaborating with local partners to develop Brazil's first hydrogen-powered research vessel, which was unveiled at COP30. These initiatives contribute "Chinese experience" in hydrogen energy and continuously share "Chinese hydrogen energy practical knowledge," empowering the development of the local industry.

Looking ahead, GWM HYDROGEN FTXT will continue to expand its international presence, driving cross-regional collaboration through technological innovation and promoting global energy transition through pragmatic cooperation, thereby contributing China's hydrogen capabilities to global climate governance.
