R&D team

FTXT has established a diverse and international talent team, bringing together senior foreign experts and industry experts from Europe, the United States, Japan, Korea and other countries, with more than 10 years of specialized experience.

According to the overall plan, the R&D team consists of more than 1000 people with more than 800 people in the international R&D team including more than 30 foreign experts. At present, FTXT has a large-scale and internationally advanced R&D team, creating a talent highland in the fuel cell industry in China and even the world.

  • By building a global open innovation platform, FTXT leads the development of the global hydrogen energy industry with technological innovation. The open innovation platform takes the “FTXT Sites" network as the hub and the “Tech Sensing" as the system backbone to create a dual-cycle innovation ecosystem of "internal → external" and "external → internal". FTXT will give full play to the brand power and influence of the open innovation platform to attract talents, and then establish core technology alliances to overcome technical problems in the industry.
  • The company has built a total of 9 “FTXT Sites", covering Berlin Germany, Tel Aviv Israel, Vancouver Canada, Yokohama Japan and other areas. Each site can input 20 to 30 technology R&D projects per year. Concentrated on "FTXT Sites", we will bridge the gap among users, organizations, products and markets and create an open industrial innovation ecology system, to promote technology and product capabilities with a faster speed and lower cost and enhance the competitiveness of the innovation ecology.
